I was peepin’ this vid just a little bit ago. I noticed just behind Ernies cheezy ass grin this familiar figure. Oh snap son! Its the Kerosin timless tee! Kerosin is on the come up! As you might have guessed we also carry that shirt here in the shop.

Dat Hook up SON!
So me and the homies are just chillin in the shop today. When all of a sudden some crazy chick from Jimmy Johns shows up. Straight up starts throwing free sandwichs at us calling us skate rats! We were able to snap this photo before she bailed out into Neil St. where she then “Froggered” across to Quiznos to pick a fight about who has the illest bread in town. This heat is getting to people!

Holding it down
This is what I call making the best of it! Often times we wake up, get all types of juiced to skate, only to find out the local skate park is flooded. This is when you rise above and tell mother nature “Ima still get my stoke on bitch!” That is when you knock the local ghetto kid of the bike and start hauling ass! Now that is keeping is SKATE!

Heh
We all know how much fun it can be to be a smart ass. If you are having a hard time reading the email you can click on it for a bigger view. Now, I’m not trying to be a total dick here, but it was hard to resist. Like there was no “hey or “hi” or anything of the sort in this letter. Just straight up “how much is grip.” To add fuel to the fire the question asked implies said person needs grip for a skateboard. If you bought your board from here you would already have grip. Thus this person obviously did not support his local skate shop, but now reaches out to the shop to fulfill their grip tape needs. Funny how that works out isn’t it? In the end, this was all done and good fun and hold no grudges nor am I actually pissed about any of this. Its just fun to be a smart ass!

Death Stare Son!
The Death Stare: Some tricks are gnarly, but sometimes….sometimes… you can take that gnar trick to the next level. This is where the deathstare comes into play. Does your homie think he’s the shit since he can drop a tre bomb anytime of day? Why not shut his mouth with a nasty deathstare the next time you drop your tre? Just look him straight in the eyes, hope to God your feet are set right, and go for broke. It’s a win-win situation. If you land, well shit dude, you are the man! If you fall, you are still regarded as being crazy as hell for even trying it! So its time to man up, put your balls above the meat grinder and huck yourself at that epic, gnar bomb of a trick while staring down your homies!

So Adam has been keeping up with my modeling career and decided he’s getting down too. Obviously he is much hotter than me. That is why we are now calling him “THA BOSS.” As epic as he looks, I might have to retire early.

All purp son
Here is another pic of me getting my model on. This time I am rockin’ the all purp steeze. This weekend was sick. Some good skating went down in the parking lot on Friday. Saturday we had the Drop the Beet party. Sunday I walked around in the woods all day and burnt up my bald ass head. Those who missed out on the party, you really missed out! We did it up nasty! I’ll put up some pics later. I think I’m going for all white on the next photo shoot. Maybe tomorrow?

Fun for Me
So I was talking from Loren from Beetnik in the shop yesterday. We were getting ready for the party this Saturday and my homie James is like “Dude you gotta peep this!!” We run to the door and look down the street…nothing. Dude?! What am I looking for? Nah dude, look over there. “Oh dear lord!” There is 2 drunken dudes, looking all types of hagard, straight up laying on the parking block on top of each other. Couldnt tell if they were making out or what. Then they try to get up after laying on parking blocks and almost stumble into Neil St. during rush hour. Next thing you know they are feeling a bit pale. So its off to Classic Tan to get their tan on. Only minutes later the 911 squad rolls up in full force. You never know what your going to see at shop.

Holy crap the shop was on the news. Seems pretty crazy to me. It makes me so hyped that the outside world is taking notice. I’ve been skating my whole life and trying to promote skating and doing skate companies since I was 18. Now I am 26 and we’re really making some progress now! Champaign is going to have to wake up and realize that skateboarding and street culture is here in full force! If there is anyone else that there feels the same way I do dont hesitate to hit me up! I’m down to help out anyone trying to come up! So I’m pretty stoked on the party this Saturday. Loren and I are working on some pretty cool ideas. Its going to be like nothing we have ever done before so don’t miss out!! This Saturday, the 25th @7pm be at the shop! Were doing prizes, food, music, Xbox, the whole 9! We will even be hiding prizes around the store! Show up and support those supporting you!!
